What We Do
Flagship Program
A 16-week virtual chronic disease management program for women managing hypertension. A multidisciplinary clinical team including a nurse practitioner, pharmacist, nutritionist, behavioral health specialist, and community health worker. An average systolic blood pressure reduction of 12.9 mmHg. No one is turned away because of cost.
Enrollment Begins Early 2027.

IAWH Health is developing a Walk with a Doc affiliate chapter in Central Virginia. Walk with a Doc brings together physicians and community members for guided walks that combine movement with meaningful health conversations. Partnership development with community partners is currently underway.
